Shipping Costs:
There will be a $10.00 minimum charge on all orders up to $50.00. Orders $50.01 to $199.99 will be charged 12% of the order for shipping. On all orders $200.00 or over customers will receive FREE UPS ground shipping. These offers only apply to orders placed on line through HighlandsEmporium.com. Regular shipping charges based on weight and destination apply for phone orders and orders purchased and shipped from our store.
Shipping time:
UPS ground orders will ship within five business days unless otherwise noted. Some merchandise will ship to you directly from the manufacturer from various locations throughout the U.S. In the
unusual event that shipping time is significantly affected you will be notified. Shipping guarantee exceptions include circumstances beyond UPS control adverse weather, disasters, customer order errors, incomplete addresses, etc. in which case UPS charges cannot be refunded.
Shipping:
- UPS ground or domestic priority mail for all domestic U.S. shipments, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
- Weight limit 70 pounds.
- We ship only to the 50 United States and can only accept payment from cards and checks drawn on U.S. banks.
- There are no exceptions.
