If you think you may need to return an item you are purchasing, please call us before you purchase. In many cases we can arrange for a better way for you to avoid a return. This will save you the trouble of returning an item in many cases.
 
You may return merchandise for any reason if you are not happy with your purchase. Returns are accepted but only with prior authorization. If you have any doubt as to whether or not the item you wish to purchase is returnable, please call us for clarification at 888-526-1062 prior to ordering.

Return Policy (Conditions for returns)
  1. Merchandise may be returned only after receiving a written Return Authorization number (#).
  2. This number must appear on the outside of the package sent back to our warehouse.
  3. Any package sent to the returns department without an RA# may be refused.
  4. In order to obtain an RA# you must fill out the return form bellow.
When you submit this form you will receive a confirmation number.
  1. Print out the return E-MAIL from us containing details of your return, which will outline the conditions under which a return is acceptable.
  2. If these terms are within our guide lines, you may return the item using the instructions within.
  3. A copy of the original order and your return authorization is required. You must write the RA# on the outside of the box as well as including a copy of the return confirmation in the package with the returned merchandise. If these documents are not included your return will be refused.
  4. Follow the shipping instructions carefully. If the value of your shipment is more than $100.00, or if you choose to use other than UPS, make sure your package is insured. If the package is lost or stolen, you will need to file a claim with the shipper you have chosen.

Conditions (Items not within guidelines for return)

  1. Item received by us after 30 days of the date you received it is not returnable and will be refused.
  2. Item returned within 30 days but is not saleable, is used, damaged, treated, washed, smells of smoke or is not in the original manufacturer’s packaging as it was shipped to you with all tags, instructions and is not “repacked”.
  3. Item returned without an RA#. We will attempt to contact you. You may choose to have the item returned to you at your expense or donated to charity. If we are unable to contact you within 7 days, the item will be donated.
  4. Orders in transit: If you intend to cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible. However, once your order has shipped our regular return policies will apply.
  5. Any merchandise that has been taken out of the original packaging will not be accepted for return and will be considered not within the guidelines for return.
  6. It will be at the sole discretion of the returns department to determine if the merchandise returned meets the conditions and guidelines of the return policy and is like “new” and in pristine condition.
Please note: We will not accept any unauthorized returns. If you return merchandise without prior authorization, delivery will be refused.
